OOO-28EC Eric Clapton signature model

This is a OOO-size instrument with a 1-3/4 inch nut and a 24.9 inch short scale neck layout. The body is all solid Indian rosewood with herringbone trim and the top is solid Sitka spruce. The fingerboard and bridge are ebony, and the nut and saddle are bone.

The neck is a modified V-neck like those favored by Eric Clapton.

This guitar sounds great and is super comfortable to play with its small body and modified neck profile - a great Martin signature model.

1TIZ Commemorative Tenor Ukulele

The late Hawai'ian musician Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwo`ole was legendary for his ukulele performances. His medley of "Over the Rainbow" and "What a Wonderful World" became hugely popular in the 1990s, undoubtedly helping fuel the current interest in the instrument.

Iz played a Martin tenor ukulele, and C. F. Martin has just released a commemorative limited edition tenor uke in his honor. These beautiful instruments sound as good as they look, with a deep rich tone that provides a lot of volume but still lets you play with nuance. They're also pretty scarce - but we have one!!!

Martin has pulled out all the stops with the construction of this uke. The entire body - top, back, and sides - is made of rare quilted mahogany. The bridge, fingerboard and headstock facing are of East Indian rosewood. The headstock has inlays of koa and pearl in a hibiscus flower design.

For the full story of Iz and the commemorative tenor uke, check out the C. F. Martin brochure.

The IZ commemorative tenor uke comes in a top-of-the-line case with custom contoured padding to cradle the instrument safely.

GPCPA4 (Sapele)

This GPCPA4 is constructed of tone woods from responsible sources. The back and sides are made of solid sapele finished to a beautiful rich cherry color. The top is solid Sitka spruce. It has a 1-3/4 inch nut.

The instrument is equipped with a Fishman F-1 pickup system.

This combination of tone woods gives a nice warm sound with a snappy high end.

GPC12PA4 12-String (Sapele)

This is the 12-string version of the GPCPA4. The construction and appointments are similar, except that the 12-string version has a 1-13/16 inch nut.

Like its 6-string cousin, the GPC12PA4 is equipped with a Fishman F-1 pickup system.

We find the GPC12PA4 to be a very playable 12-string with nice low action and a double helping of that characteristic full Martin sound.

OM-21

Martin upgraded the OM-21 in 2012. The new version features an ebony bridge and fingerboard, tinted solid spruce top, and vintage-style tuners.

The rest of the traditional OM-21 construction carries forward: All solid rosewood sides and back, 1-3/4 inch nut, the smaller teardrop-style pickguard, and a 25-1/2 inch scale neck.

The OM-21 has been one of our best selling guitars for a long time, and with good reason. It is a versatile instrument that works well for all playing styles - whether you strum, fingerpick, play country or jazz. The OM-21 can handle it all.

HD-28V

Here is a beautiful Herringbone D-28 Dreadnaught with a huge, punchy sound and attractive vintage-style appointments.

Solid rosewood sides and back, Sitka spruce top, ebony bridge and fingerboard, 1-11/16 inch nut, a nicely shaped modern 'V' neck, herringbone binding and back stripe, vintage sytle tuners and saddle.

This instrument is a strummer's delight with its big volume - but at the same time it's clear and well balanced. Ready for your pickin' circle!

OO-18V Custom

C. F. Martin OO-size instruments are comfortable small-bodied guitars well suited to the smaller player - or anyone looking for a guitar that can be played without strain for long periods.

This OO-18V is very special instrument. Zach, our store manager, visited the C. F. Martin factory a few months ago. While he was there he picked out a set of sinker mahogany boards and asked the Martin craftsmen to build us a OO-sized guitar to his specifications. This is the result.

Sinker mahogany comes from old-growth mahogany logs that were originally cut when the territory that is now Belize was a British colony. The logs were usually floated to market on local rivers but some were lost and sank to the bottom where they lay submerged for more than 100 years. Protected from oxygen by the water and mud, the wood didn't rot but instead developed distinctive grain patterns. The sinker logs are now being rediscovered, retrieved using small-scale eco-friendly techniques, and sawn into boards in Belize.

Hundred-year-old mahogany gives this guitar a beautiful tone that is only going to get richer over time... and the grain pattern in the wood has to be seen to be appreciated. The guitar has a short-scale 14-fret neck and vintage-style appointments.

M-36

The M-36 is a unique OOOO-size instrument, similar to a OOO or OM but with a significantly larger lower bout.

Construction is solid Indian rosewood sides, a nice three-piece solid Indian rosewood back, and a solid Sitka spruce top with an aged finish. It has a 1-11/16 inch nut.

This is a great guitar if you want a big driving, sound. Its tone holds together well even with heavy attacks.

The M-36 comes with a deluxe Martin hard case.

GPCPA5K

The GPCPA5K is a durable, affordable Martin instrument in the Performing Artist series. It is constructed with back and sides of koa-grained high pressure laminate and a solid Sitka spruce top. It has a 1-3/4 inch nut.

The Fishman pickup system and a cutaway make this guitar ready for stage performance.

OOO-18

The OOO-18 is another classic Martin design. Solid mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top. The nut is 1-11/16". Martin has upgraded the OOO-18 this year with an ebony bridge and fingerboard.

Although it is a small-bodied guitar, the OOO-18 doesn't sacrifice tone. It has a nice woody mahogany sound, great for fingerstyle or the singer/songwriter.

OMCPA3

The OMCPA3 is an OM-size cutaway instrument with solid rosewood back and sides, a gloss Sitka spruce top, a nice fretboard inlay, and a 1-3/4 inch nut. The on-board Fishman F-1 Aura electronics include a tuner, volume and blend controls, independent EQ for the pickup and the Aura image signals, compressor, phase control, and an anti-feedback filter.

This is a great all-round guitar in a comfortable size for playing acoustic, plugged in at live gigs, or in the studio.

OO-15M

This is one our favorite and best-selling guitars. The "OO" size is extremely comfortable. Whether you are a smaller player or simply prefer a smaller-bodied instrument, the Martin OO-15M will not disappoint.

The OO-15M top, back and sides are solid mahogany for that rich Martin sound. The bridge and fingerboard are rosewood with a 1-11/16 inch nut. This guitar has a stunningly loud sound for a smaller instrument.

OO-15M (Left-handed)

We just received this left-handed version of the C. F. Martin OO-15M above, which is one of our favorite and most popular Martin instruments.

Some folks try to create a left-handed guitar by simply reversing the string positions. That won't work very well.

Our OO-15MLH is a true left-handed instrument - the bridge and nut are mirror images of those on a right-handed OO-15M. The left-handed bridge allows the strings to deliver proper intonation in their reversed positions, and the left-handed nut provides the correct notch width and depth for each string.

Quality left-handed guitars can be hard to find. If you play "lefty" and have been looking for a nice mahogany Martin, you need to come in and check this one out.

DC-16OGTE

Martin Dreadnaughts always have a huge sound. This model has an eye-catching 3-piece back of solid ovangkol and rosewood. The sides are solid ovangkol. The top is Sitka spruce.

The DC-16GTE is equipped with a Roland pickup system with on-guitar EQ adjustments, reverb effects, and more. The cutaway gives the player easy access to the upper register.

This instrument is a great choice for the performing musician.

OOO-28

If you are looking for a smaller instrument that still has the famous Martin tone, you should try the OOO-28. Solid Indian rosewood back and sides. Sitka spruce top. Solid ebony fingerboard and bridge. Low-profile neck. 1-11/16 inch nut.

The OOO body size is not only narrower side-to-side but also thinner front-to-back, making a very comfortable instrument for the player with shorter arms. This is a compact guitar that still puts out a lot of rich, warm and characteristically Martin sound.

GPCPA1 Plus

The GPCPA1 Plus is an acoustic-electric guitar in a Grand Performance body style. Solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, Sitka spruce top. Relatively wide 1-3/4 inch bone nut. Abalone rosette and fretboard inlays. Striking ovangkol binding on the body and neck. Tusq saddle.

The GPCPA1 Plus is fitted with the new Fishman F-1 Aura+ electronics and a Gold Plus undersaddle pickup. This combination is capable of modeling nine different professional studio microphone setups. The Aura+ adds an "easy mode" to the original Aura F-1 system, making it much simpler to find the sound you're looking for.

This guitar is very well balanced. You get the typical warm Martin sound but with sweeter highs, a combination that translates well when it is plugged in. The Fishman electronics sound full and rich.

This is an all-around versatile instrument for strumming and fingerpicking at home, in more intimate venues, and on stage.

DCPA4

The DCPA4 is a dreadnought size instrument with sapele back and sides and Sitka spruce top. It is equipped with Fishman F-1 electronics.

This guitar has a nice woody tone. It is a great choice for the performing musician at a price that won't break the bank.

D-28P

The D-28P is a variant of the D-28 that was produced for a short time but is no longer being manufactured. It is built to the same specifications as the D-28 but with a wider 1-3/4 inch nut. This makes a big difference for the player who uses fingerstyle as well as strumming.

If you are looking at D-28's but wish they had a wider nut, grab this one!

HD-28

The HD-28 is the classic Martin Dreadnought. Solid Indian rosewood back and sides. Sitka spruce top. Herringbone trim. Hand-scalloped interior bracing. The nut is 1-11/16 inches.

This guitar has lots of volume with very clear and balanced tone. Where the D-18 has more of a woody tone, the HD-28 is a bit smoother to play and the sound is more clear all the way through. The HD-28 is a great choice if you are looking for that characteristic Martin tone.

D-16GT

The D-16GT is an all solid wood Dreadnought. Mahogany back and sides. Sitka spruce top with a gloss finish. Big bassy tone. This guitar is similar to the sound of a D-18 but at a more affordable price.

SWOMGT

The SWOMGT is an OM-style guitar in Martin's Sustainable Wood series. These instruments are made from ecologically grown woods including the solid cherry back and sides and the katalox fingerboard. Sitka spruce top. Tortoise binding and headplate. 1-3/4 inch nut.

This guitar is one of our favorites in the Martin line, having a unique yet identifiably Martin sound: Warm, but with a certain snappiness.

SWDGT

The SWDGT is the dreadnought version of the SWOMGT and is constructed from the same sustainable woods. It has a 1-11/16 inch nut.

Due to its larger dreadnought body size, the SWDGT has a deeper, boomy tone as compared to the OM-size SWOMGT.

OMCPA4

The OMCPA4 is an OM-size cutaway instrument with sapele back and sides, Sitka spruce top, and a 1-3/4 inch nut. The on-board Fishman F-1 electronics can replicate the sound of 9 world-class studio microphones.

This guitar is the OM-size version of the DCPA4, making it more comfortable for the player looking for a smaller instrument. Like the DCPA4, the OMCPA4 is a great value for the performing artist.

OOO-16GT

This is another great-sounding smaller-bodied Martin. The sides and back are solid mahogany. The top is Sitka spruce, giving a slightly brighter tone than the OO-15M above. Its 1-11/16 inch nut combined with the OOO-size body makes this guitar very comfortable to play - a great C. F. Martin guitar at a price that won't break the bank.

D-18

The D-18 is Martin's long-standing classic mahogany Dreadnought. Solid Sitka spruce top. Big, woody sound - you will defintiely be heard playing this instrument!

Martin significantly upgraded the D-18 beginning with their 2012 production runs. The new version (pictured) has a vintage-style rosette, elegant tortoise brown binding, mahogany neck with a modified low-oval neck profile, Gotoh tuners, scalloped top bracing, and ebony fretboard and bridge.

If you are a mahogany fan, you can't go wrong with this guitar.

OOO-15M

Martin upgraded the 15 Series this year to all solid mahogany construction, nicer Gotoh butterbeam tuners and abalone snowflake inlays. The OOO size is perfect for both strumming and fingerstyle playing. The 1-11/16 inch nut makes a neck that is easy to wrap your hand around.

If you are looking for a big, dark Martin sound the OOO-15 will deliver.

D-15M

The D-15M is built to the same specifications as the OOO-15M except that it is a full-size Dreadnought. The instrument produces a lot of sound with a very strong bass register.

The D-15M is a great value if you are looking for a huge Martin sound at an affordable price.

OO-18V

Martin's Vintage Series guitars have a great old-time feel. All solid mahogany back and sides. Sitka spruce top. Like other Vintage Series instruments, the OO-18V has a wider neck than contemporary C. F. Martin OO instruments. 1-3/4 inch nut with a nice chunky V-profile neck.

The OO-18V is a smaller sized guitar that doesn't sacrifice tone. If you want a very comfortable guitar with a larger-profile neck, you should check out the OO-18V.

D-35

The D-35 is another classic and great-sounding C. F. Martin Dreadnought. Solid 3-piece Indian rosewood back. Rosewood sides. Solid Sitka spruce top. White binding on back and neck. Smooth-playing ebony fretboard.

This instrument easily produces the volume and full tone that is characteristic of Martin Dreadnoughts - great for all playing styles.

DRS2

The DRS2 is Martin's most affordable solid-wood model and a great way to get into a Martin acoustic-electric without breaking your budget. It has a solid Sitka spruce top and solid sapele back and sides, a 1-11/16 inch nut, and comes equipped with Fishman Sonitone electronics.

OOOCXE (Black)

The OOOCXE is a OOO-sized acoustic electric with a durable laminate body that still delivers a "Martin" sound. It is a great instrument for the touring musician and other situations where a more delicate solid wood guitar could be damaged.

Equipped with Fishman Presys+ electronics.
